Katrina is a freelance Architectural designer with over a decade of experience working on renowned buildings and projects in the UK and worldwide, most notably the RIBA Yorkshire Building of the Year 2017, Victoria Gate Arcades, Leeds.
She graduated in 2009 with a Masters in Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, and went on to work at Miralles Tagliabue EMBT in Barcelona, Acme Architects, London and Celeste y Piedra, Santa Marta Colombia.
With a combined experience of working and studying in highly creative environments and extensive travel, Katrina is dedicated to producing innovative design, that is unique and sensitive to place, and that has sustainability and ecology at it's heart.
"At this point in time, it is our collective responsibility as designers to act and influence others to design objects, furniture and buildings that have a low impact on the environment, that are made with the next generation at the forefront of our minds".
She is currently working on a freelance basis, and is based in Krakow, Poland.
